People get frustrated when trying to negotiate a short sale with their lender. Gene Urban talks about some of the problems and issues that make negotiating so difficult.

In part 4 we discuss how to interview and select a person to help negotiate with your lender/s. A strong negotiator is very important and a LOT of experience is necessary for this job.

After all the work you, your agent, and your negotiator have done, your lender will contract you with either a denial letter or an agreement. It is very imporatent you have any agreement reviewed by an attorney and in this video we discusss this part of the shor sale process.
