- The rules and regulations surrounding short sales are complex and changing requiring great knowledge and skills.
- Lenders have a reputation for changing the rules of engagement. A professional negotiator who works full time talking and working with the lenders knows the ropes and is less likely to make a deal ending mistake.
- The new guidelines set forth under HAFA are mindboggleing... what else would you expect from a Government designed program. If you don't follow their rules to the letter your application can be closed without notice.
- Lenders have been known to not play well with others. A professional knows when they are playing fair and when they are not. Would you?
